Looking to overcome monday.com date trigger limitations? Look no further! Advanced Time Triggers aims to help you trigger your date automations precisely.

Example use cases

  1. Automatically send reminders 30 minutes before a date and time specified in column.
  2. Schedule recurring tasks on the first Tuesday of every month.
  3. Automatically assign people when deadline specified in date column is reached.

Installation

  1. Click here to visit the installation page.
  2. Specify the workspaces where the app should be installed.
  3. Click Install.

Features

The app consists of two features:

  1. Date with time, with the following automation triggers:
    1. Trigger when date and time in the selected column arrives
    2. Trigger before or after date and time in the selected column arrives
  2. Nth occurrence, with the following automation triggers:
    1. Trigger on the nth weekday of the month at a selected time (UTC)
    2. Trigger on the nth weekday of the quarter at a selected time (UTC)
    3. Trigger on the nth weekday of the year at a selected time (UTC)

FAQ

What if there is no time set in the date column (for date with time feature)? In such case, action will be trigger on a set date at 00:00 UTC.

Are disabled automations counted towards automations limit for a plan? Yes, the app doesn’t know when automation is disabled in monday.com, so disabled automations are still counted towards limit in your plan. If you reach the limit, you need to either remove existing automations or upgrade your plan to create more automations.
